Booking Calendar

A calendar view that shows confirmed studio bookings, holds, rooms, crew assignments, equipment reservations, prep time, and delivery windows.

Booking Conflict

A scheduling problem that happens when two or more bookings need the same room, crew member, equipment item, time slot, or production resource at the same time.

Asset Utilization

The measure of how often studio assets such as rooms, equipment, crew hours, and production resources are used compared with how much capacity they have.

Asset Lifecycle

The full path a studio asset follows from purchase or creation through use, maintenance, tracking, replacement, and retirement.

Asset Check-Out

The process of assigning studio equipment, props, media drives, or other production assets to a person, booking, rental, or project before use.

Asset Check-In

The process of returning studio equipment, props, media drives, or other production assets after use and confirming their condition, location, and availability.

Asset Availability

The status of whether a room, equipment item, crew member, or production resource is free, usable, and ready to assign to studio work.

Asset Allocation
