Who Should Use This Checklist

Studio assistants, room technicians, operations coordinators, equipment teams, facility staff, engineers, and booking managers should use this checklist after each booking and before the next session setup begins.

Records to Keep

Keep the previous booking reference, room, turnover times, layout status, equipment returns, missing items, stock needs, lost property, damage, cleaning issues, faults, restrictions, assigned actions, and final room status.

Final Readiness Check

The room is ready for its next workflow when:

✓ The previous booking is fully cleared
✓ Client property and information are secured
✓ Cleaning and layout reset are complete
✓ Installed and loose equipment are restored
✓ Cables, connections, and supplies are ready
✓ Lost property and damage are recorded
✓ Safety and environmental checks are complete
✓ Active faults have owners and controls
✓ The final room status is recorded

Keep Room Turnover Consistent

Return every room to its approved baseline after each booking, even when the next client requests a similar setup. This prevents abandoned materials, hidden damage, missing equipment, and previous client information from carrying into another session.

Note: This checklist resets the room after use. Session-specific equipment placement, technical testing, participant materials, and final production checks belong in the Studio Room Pre Session Readiness Checklist.
